Laser® Plumbing East Tamaki began trading in 2007 and is considered Laser® Groups most successful plumbing company and a trusted leader in the industry.
This multi award-winning company is led by Directors Roger Westbrooke and Marc Firman with over 40 years of experience in the field. Supported by Brad Wilson and Bobbie King our experienced team can deliver expertise, exceptional customer service, solutions and business outcomes.
Situated in East Tamaki with over 25 tradestaff who live and work all over Auckland, Laser® Plumbing East Tamaki is ideally placed to service our wide range of customers, no matter where you are located. Roger Westbrooke
Director
Roger's background of running his own successful plumbing business as a Certifying Plumber, Gas Fitter and Drain Layer coupled with his drive for systems and organisation ensures he provides a high level of expertise and strategic direction to the team.
Marc Firman
Director
With over 30 years in business as a Certifying Plumber, Gas Fitter and Drain Layer, Marc has extensive technical and practical knowledge to support the team and is passionate about ensuring high standards of workmanship.
Brad Wilson
Operations Manager
Having previously worked as a Certifying Plumber, Brad joined Laser Plumbing in 2013. He manages our plumbing, drainage and gas fitting teams and understands the importance of completing projects on time and providing our customers with the solutions they need.
Bobbie King
Operations Manager
After completing his apprenticeship with us, Bobbie went on to successfully manage large plumbing teams on major residential sites. Now a key player in the management team, Bobbie oversees projects and operations in the company as well as training apprentices.
Melissa Van Zyl
Senior Accounts Manager
With previous experience gained from overseas and New Zealand, Melissa manages the accounts and financial requirements of the business.
Karen Pearce
Operations Administrator - 2023 Laser Employee of the Year
Karen is our first point of customer service contact for scheduling maintenance plumbing jobs. Her friendly style helps puts customers at ease.
At the recent annual Laser Conference awards evening Karen Pearce was announced the winner of Employee of the Year 2023 Plumbing. We nominated Karen for her outstanding service in customer service at Laser Plumbing East Tamaki and were proud she was chosen as the overall winner.
Michelle Lynch
Operations Support
Michelle's busy and varied role provides essential administrative support to our management and operations team.
